Acquire the essentials of lead and follow roles, refine posture, Waltz position, connection, balance, line-of-dance, navigation, and graceful rotation. And, we'll cover basic pattern of Cross Step Waltz that flows into a Turning Basic.

Karn Verma
Karn, founder of Feeling Flow, has taught at Stanford's Bechtel International Center, Jikoji Zen Center, Friday Night Waltz, and the Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto. He led the first MIT-CNC and Stanford Alumni workshops and hosts community classes and world-class artists at Tea & Tango. Rachel Grant
Hearing how much her friends enjoyed social dancing, Rachel attended a free waltz class in 2018 ahead of a big event called the Viennese Ball. She fell in love with dance, went on to take more classes, and soon found herself performing at the same Ball where she took her first steps. Talk to Rachel for encouragement to dance, biology fun facts, poetry snippets, and strength training tips. Better yet, ask her to dance!

Join Feeling Flow for a six-week series of social dance lessons, including Cross Step Waltz and Argentine Tango, in partnership with the MIT Club of Northern California. Classes run from October 20th to November 24th at the Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto.
