Yoga Dance Flow is an embodied dance experience that utilizes the structure of Yoga to focus and cultivate body awareness before flowing into creative exploration and expression with dance. Each session in this mini series consists of a Vinyasa Yoga warm-up, authentic movement improvisation practice, and guided dance explorations specific to the day’s theme. Expect to work solo and in partnerships to build connections through dance.

Embody different intentions behind your movement to organically expand your dance vocabulary, expression pathways, and shapeshifting abilities.
Slow down and feel every part of your body, the negative spaces in your shapes, and build intimacy with the textures of your dance.
Exercise your trust and commitment muscles as you lean into your body’s natural movement impulses and let them express fully. Let your mind take a back seat and watch what happens when your body is allowed to flow in a space where wrong moves don’t exist.
