Unlock the dance floor with basic patterns for Argentine Tango and Vals! Focus on QUALITY movement, CONNECTION with your partner, and MUSICALITY—the three essentials of a great Argentine Tango dancer.
Part II dives into Cross System patterns for Tango & Vals, seamlessly elevating Part I with enhanced QUALITY, CONNECTION, and MUSICALITY.

We're keeping this one under wraps for a special surprise!
A discussion about Milonga the Codigos (etiquette) for the Milonga followed by a “simulation”of a Milonga (social dance party) where everyone will dance, practice the Codigos and their own“Recipe for Success on the Dance Floor” from today’s Boot Camp!
Musicality will be covered throughout this Boot Camp but here we will take a closer look at how the music is played including time signature, measures, phrasing and the structure of a Tango or Vals. You will see how this information will inform your dance to create a better experience for you and

Feeling Flow The mission of Feeling Flow is to help people experience flow through dance, yoga, meditation, and related arts, and to give them basic tools to translate this experience into other areas of life. Flow is a state of awareness where we are completely immersed in what is right in front of us. It is a highly satisfying state that facilitates well-being and growth. Art, in essence, is a form of self-discovery and a connection practice. It is said that the best way to know yourself is through the mirror of relating to others, and what better way to do this than through music and movement while having fun?
